Aggression Replacement Training is a research based intervention program for youth who are 12 to 18 years of age and struggle with anger management problems.  

The training is an 8 week program and meets twice a week from 6:00 to 8:00pm.  Program nights are Mondays and Thursdays and the youth meet in group sessions.
