Employing the Unemployed

The goal is to not only gain employment, but to maintain it. Employment classes teach goal-setting, budgeting, training, concepts of attendance, punctuality, work ethics and how to do a good job search. Educational and career assessments are provided, as well as educational assistance in the form of tutoring, GED instruction and vocational preparation. The Resource Center has computers available to clients which offer Typing Tutor, Resume, Internet Access and many other basic programs designed to offer skill training.

ESS also offers Vocational Assessments and Life Skills Classes.
