The Social Security Administration requires some people receiving Social Security benefits to have a responsible person manage their finances.  ESS can become representative payee of record and handle the management of funds on a weekly basis. Representative Payee Volunteers make certain that the beneficiary’s day-to-day needs for food and shelter as well as their personal needs are met.

The program also provides social support and a sense of community to populations who are marginalized by our society.

 ESS Organizational Representative Payee program is the largest in the State of Kansas.  This program has satellite offices in Winfield, Arkansas City and Derby.
