 Federal law mandates that some people receiving Social Security benefits shall have a representative payee to manage their disability income. The program serves over 280 clients in Wichita, Arkansas City and Winfield. It is the largest payee program in the state of Kansas. Most individuals have some form of mental illness and or physical disability.  
     
 

The Representative Payee Program Provides:

  
 

Money management for the beneficiary's day-to-day needs,
social support and a sense of community to a population that is marginalized by society.
