FREEDOM TO CHOOSE Groups - for Adults Diagnosed With Severe Mental Illness

All classes are free and open to adults 18 years of age and older who have been diagnosed with severe mental illness.  T4C and ART groups are court approved in Sedgwick County and can fulfill any court-ordered Anger Management class requirements.

  • Starts on Monday, September 17th
The sessions are held twice a week on Mondays and Wednesdays from 11:00-12:30 for 8 weeks.
    Free lunch is provided.
We offer individuals the opportunity to change problem behaviors by learning how thinking controls behavior. Participants learn to recognize thoughts, feelings, attitudes, and beliefs that could lead to problem behaviors. Problem-solving and interpersonal skills are taught to effectively manage difficult situations.
